Hospitalist – ARNP/PA (Nocturnist) Location: AdventHealth Orlando Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 7 nights on / 7 nights off ---------------------------------------- JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist ARNP to join our team at AdventHealth Orlando. ---------------------------------------- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform patient histories and physical examinations. * Maintain accurate and timely charting in compliance with protocols. * Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans. * Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging. * Develop individualized care plans and submit for periodic physician review. * Diagnose, report, and discuss results with patients and families. * Prescribe and administer treatments and medications. * Provide preventive care counseling, including diet, hygiene, and disease prevention. * Administer vaccines and inoculations as needed. * Coordinate specialty referrals as appropriate. * Report deaths and communicable diseases in accordance with state regulations. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * Active and unrestricted State of Florida license (ARNP or PA). * Florida DEA license. * Current National Board Certification. * BLS Certification. * Recent hospital-based experience (within the past 12 months). ---------------------------------------- BENEFITS * Malpractice coverage (with tail). * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. * Life insurance. * Short-term and Long-term disability. * 401(k) retirement plan.
