NURSE PRACTITIONER JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant with hospital medicine experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in hospitalist setting. This role requires proficiency in hospitalist medicine and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant license with relevant certifications.
• Experience hospital medicine Mandatory.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis evaluation, and treatment.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

• Conduct comprehensive History and Physicals of patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health management, disease prevention, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation including H&P in EPIC.
