REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of professional experience with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS, Koa).
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture,

and microservices.

• Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL design and integration.
• Knowledge of Git / version control and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker / containerization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high availability and

performance.

• Integrate backend services with blockchain infrastructure and third-party APIs.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with frontend, blockchain, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end

solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and staging environments.
• Stay updated with the latest Node.js frameworks, tools, and best practices.
