NVH Technician, Chassis in charge of Noise, Vibration and Harshness diagnosis and root cause analysis and reproduction at AMP2 KSA and working in a challenging and fast-paced environment where you will work with a highly motivated team on extremely challenging projects. The NVH Technician works with NVH Engineer and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle working proactively to protect the Lucid production lines from quality issues through a proactive approach. You will work closely with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality and Repair Teams. You Will: Respect safety rules: wearing Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, vests, shoes, gloves, hard hats when required. Maintain Safe and Clean work environment as per 6S standards. Execute NVH testing protocols and conduct NVH investigation, diagnosis and troubleshooting to localize NVH sources and conduct associated trials and tests for root cause confirmation. Support Manufacturing Quality in NVH testing and resolving issues reported through Pre-Delivery Inspection and Lucid Customer Product Audit. Ensure vehicle instrumentation when needed with accelerometers and microphones to capture and record data during NVH testing. Support NVH root cause analysis for field issues. Assist NVH Engineers in root cause analysis and validation of countermeasures. Document NVH testing procedures and results. Maintain NVH equipment, tools and instruments in good condition. Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to improve NVH performance. Strictly follow the defined standards and acceptance criteria of Lucid Motors Quality Procedures. Conduct NVH tests on vehicles and sub-systems whenever required to improve NVH performance whenever required. Provide feedback and collaborate with manufacturing to improve NVH related processes. Support repair procedures for NVH issues from launch phase to mass production. Train new hires from quality/production on vehicle Inspection methods and acceptance criteria. You Bring: High School Diploma or Industrial School Graduate (Electrical or Mechanic). 5+ years of experience in Automotive with OEM is a must. Greenfield Plant is a Plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role is a Must. Good verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to lead complex issues and communicate with different levels of the organization. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Hand-on experience with NVH testing, measurement equipment and NVH troubleshooting. Knowledge of NVH testing methodologies (order tracking, FFT analysis, transfer path analysis…). Familiarity with Electrical Vehicle NVH testing (e-motor, inverter switching noise, road/tire noise, battery pack vibration…). Good verbal and written communication abilities.
