Your role As Bell Shift Leader, you will oversee the bell team operations, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests. You will coordinate luggage handling, guest transportation support, and lobby operations, setting the tone for a warm and professional welcome at Nômade. What you will do: Lead and supervise the bell team during daily shifts Ensure smooth luggage handling for arrivals, departures, and room moves Coordinate guest transportation requests and logistics Provide a warm, attentive, and efficient welcome and farewell experience Support front office operations and lobby flow management Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction Train and guide bell staff to deliver exceptional service Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in lobby and storage areas Assist with guest requests and special arrangements Coordinate closely with Front of House and Concierge teams Who we’re looking for: Experienced hospitality professional in bell services or front-of-house operations Strong leadership and team coordination skills Guest-focused with a proactive and friendly attitude Physically fit and hands-on approach to daily operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements: Previous experience as Bell Captain, Bell Shift Leader, or similar role Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest arrival/departure procedures Strong teamwork and leadership abilities Ability to manage logistics and coordinate multiple requests Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus) Valid EU / Ibiza work permit Why join us?
