Inspired by the island’s bohemian spirit, we blend hospitality with wellness, gastronomy, music, and culture to create meaningful and elevated experiences Your role As a Reception Shift Leader, you will oversee the Front Office operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and smooth coordination between team members. You will lead by example, supporting the reception team while guaranteeing a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. What you will do : • Supervise and support the Reception team during your shift • Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and daily front desk operations • Act as the main point of contact for guest requests and issues during the shift • Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments • Ensure accurate daily reports, cash handling, and front office procedures • Monitor room status, arrivals, departures, and VIP guest movements • Support training, motivation, and performance of reception staff • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures • Maintain a high level of service quality and guest satisfaction at all times Who we’re looking for : • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Calm, organized, and efficient under pressure • Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail • Ability to motivate and support a team • Strong sense of responsibility and operational awareness Requirements : • Previous experience as Receptionist, Front Desk Supervisor, or Shift Leader • Solid knowledge of Front Office operations and procedures • Experience handling guest relations and team supervision • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus ) • Valid EU / Ibiza work permit Why join us?
