You will lead the team during service, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure every order is delivered with precision and care. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and creating memorable in-room dining experiences. What you will do: Supervise daily Room Service operations and ensure smooth service flow Lead and support the team during service, ensuring efficiency and quality Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guest rooms Maintain high standards of presentation and service Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments Monitor service standards and resolve operational challenges Support training and development of team members Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards Who we’re looking for: Experienced hospitality professional in Room Service, F&B, or similar roles Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong leader with a hands-on and proactive approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized with strong attention to detail Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with natural leadership abilities Requeriments: Previous experience as Room Service Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of in-room dining operations and service standards Leadership and team coordination skills Ability to multitask during busy service periods Understanding of hygiene, safety, and service protocols Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) Valid EU / Ibiza work permit Why join us?
