INTRODUCTION:

About the Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director Role
The Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director’s primary focus will be to lead and grow our Early Childhood Centre based at Milton, Ulladulla region (NSW). The incumbent’s proficiency lies in identifying and nurturing each Educator’s unique strengths while leading with positivity and confidence. As an approachable and caring individual, the incumbent will effortlessly connect with families, children, and educators, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum Certificate III qualification or higher in Early Education and Care, along with experience in similar capacity.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community each day
  • A genuine passion for and interest in working with children and families.
  • Ability to build capacity and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Framework.
    Candidates with a minimum of two years of previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Director will be highly valued for their desirable skills and experience.
