Description Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) Location: Dennis, MA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM Start Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience) About the Role Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Box Truck Driver to make local deliveries of building materials to customers and job sites. This is a hands-on role with daily home time — not just driving, but loading, unloading, and representing the company in the field. Requirements What You Bring • Strong attention to safety and detail • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile apps for reporting • Team-oriented mindset Requirements • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card • Ability to lift and handle building materials (up to 75 lbs regularly, heavier with assistance) Preferred Qualifications • Non-CDL box truck driving experience • Experience delivering building materials Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Active role involving loading, unloading, and job site deliveries
