As a premier luxury motorcoach transportation company, that fosters a family-oriented environment, Adventure Tours is committed to continued growth and development Job Overview Adventure Tours is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Non-CDL Dispatcher to join our operations team. The Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating and dispatching drivers while ensuring timely, efficient, and professional transportation services across all company locations. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and committed to upholding Adventure Tours’ reputation for exceptional customer service and luxury travel experiences. Key Responsibilities Schedule, assign, and dispatch drivers for daily routes. Monitor driver progress and route efficiency using dispatch software or GPS tracking systems. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments to coordinate logistics. Adjust schedules and routes in real time to respond to delays, traffic issues, or customer needs. Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT/non-DOT regulations. Track and report on fleet performance, driver attendance, and delivery metrics. Assist in onboarding and training new drivers as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred; transportation or motor coach industry experience is a plus. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling and dispatching software. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
