Position Overview: The equipment set up and delivery drivers are responsible for assembling TCE equipment and delivering products and equipment to customers. They are fueled by dedication and play a critical role in upholding our reputation for exceeding our customers’ expectations. Key Responsibilities- Equipment Setup: · Setup equipment according to manufacture specifications · Establish a solid understanding of products and equipment sold at STI · Load and unload products and equipment for delivery · Assist with warehouse duties, stocking inventory in the warehouse and in the showroom, maintaining the yard · Work with our field sales team and other internal associates to enhance customer satisfaction and to facilitate a team atmosphere Key Responsibilities- Delivery Driver: · Ensure every customer interaction is marked by promptness, professionalism, and precision · Endure timely delivery and/or pickup of products and/or equipment to and from customer facility or job site · Operate vehicles in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations · Maintain vehicles by conducting daily inspections for maintenance needs, licensing and registration expirations and reporting any deficiencies to the management Requirements Required Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent · 2+ years of non-commercial driving experience · Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions · An aptitude for delivering top-notch customer service experience · Ability to pass and maintain hiring standards- background, MVR, drug testing for insurance standards · Capable of routinely lifting or moving inventory weighing up to 75 pounds Preferred Qualifications: · Experience assembling landscape and/or turf care equipment · Experience driving a truck and trailer combination Benefits: · Competitive Compensation · Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance · Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays · 401(k) with Company Match · Employee Referral Program · Opportunity of Advancement · Paid Training and Certifications · Free Counseling Services- EAP · Product Discounts · Weekends Off! Responsibilities
