Are you an allied health professional with a passion for service design and system improvement? This leadership role offers a rare opportunity to drive evidence-based, client-centred enhancements across our Homelessness programs.
You’ll lead two experienced leaders who oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering youth crisis accommodation and adult/family homelessness support. Working closely with the Executive Manager of Programs and CEO, you’ll be empowered to improve service design and shape service delivery and ensure alignment with best practice.

The Manager Homelessness Services provides high quality program development, team collaboration and leadership across Homelessness Services. The role is responsible for overseeing the operational management, strategic development, program design and delivery, and engagement for the service delivered across the South-West Region.

Key Role Responsibilities
You’ll collaborate across the organisation, contributing to strategic planning, funding submissions, and sector advocacy. Your voice will help shape the future of our services and the broader homelessness response in the region.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualification in an Allied Health profession and current (practicing or non practicing) registration, practicing or non practicing. Social Workers registered with AASW also encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated experience in service design, in particular Youth services.
Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning.
Demonstrated experience working with people with complex needs including homelessness, mental health, trauma, disability, substance use and/or financial disadvantage.
Demonstrated experience using high-level clinical and case management skills.
Demonstrated experience in trauma informed practice delivery.
Demonstrated experience leading teams.
Demonstrated experience in community engagement activities.
Highly Desirable
Further studies in business, strategy or leadership would be well regarded.
