Responsibilities: ● Identify, assess, prioritise and report risks across the organisation, including operational, financial, regulatory, strategic, and reputational risks. ● Develop a software tool/program to improve the user risk management experience. ● Automate KRI reporting with technology/code. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure risk management is integrated into business processes. ● Conduct regular risk assessments and controls testing to evaluate the organisation’s resilience. ● Conduct due diligence assessments and ongoing performance monitoring for outsourced functions and third-party providers. ● Monitor emerging risks and industry trends, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate potential impacts. ● Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans to enhance organisational resilience. ● Evaluate third-party vendors and outsourcing arrangements for risk exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. ● Facilitate audit requests and perform periodic gap analysis. ● Foster a risk-aware culture by providing training and awareness programs to employees Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field (Requirements) preferred. · Software engineering experience, ideally in Python. Ability to convince people to provide the items/work required. Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confidence in speaking up. Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage unexpected situations. Disciplined with planning and meeting deadlines. Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willingness to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
