Description
- Provide guidance and thought leadership to end users interested in creating new taxonomies or improving existing ones - Manage projects to implement taxonomies including hands-on design and development activities - Assist in the management of categories/taxonomies on behalf of the enterprise - Design and develop product capabilities including taxonomy management, end-user support processes and change management/governance - Participate in NFR and Firmwide working groups and governance bodies in support of taxonomy management objectives, standards development, and best practice adoption - Bachelor's degree in library science, information science, computer science or related discipline - 5+ years of taxonomy management experience in a corporation, government body or relevant organization - Demonstrable experience in developing new taxonomies and managing changes to existing ones - Proficiency in data management tools and software.
