Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
2. Source candidates through NaukriGulf, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
4. Coordinate technical and management interviews.
5. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
6. Coordinate offers, documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
7. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current vacancies.
8. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and candidate screening.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitme
