We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to support hiring requirements across our manufacturing Business and Non IT Roles. Job Description Role Overview The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, production, maintenance, plant administration, and other non-technical business functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and non-IT roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring manufacturing roles. Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. Prior experience hiring for manufacturing, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, procurement, plant HR, and related functions. Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies. Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
