Position: Non-Medical In-Home Caregiver As a caregiver with HCAN, you'll provide essential, non-medical support that helps clients maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. Certification not required. Will provide on the job training. Compensation: Wage ranges from $15.50-$19.00/hr depending on experience. Schedule: Flexible You choose your schedule! We operate 24/7 What You'll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and laundry Help with meal preparation and dietary needs Support with personal care (bathing, hygiene, mobility) Offer medication reminders (non-clinical) Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands Promote a safe home environment and prevent falls Provide respite care for family caregivers What We're Looking For- Required Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current auto insurance Clean driving and criminal record Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication skills Willingness to travel locally within service areas Why Join HCAN?
