Role Overview
A well-regarded regional law firm, recognised for its expertise in claimant litigation, is seeking an experienced Non-Motor Personal Injury Lawyer (4–6 PQE) to join its Manchester office. The role involves managing a varied caseload of EL, PL, Highways Act, and product liability claims, with some higher-value RTA work. The position is largely self-supported, with some administrative assistance and structured supervision in place. The caseload includes a mix of new instructions and existing transfers, spanning both fast track and multi-track values.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4–6 years’ PQE in personal injury
  • Strong experience managing a non-motor caseload (EL/PL/Highways/Product Liability)
  • Able to handle files independently and work to targets
  • Comfortable managing fast track and multi-track claims
  • Positive, proactive approach to supervision and collaboration
  • Willingness to support junior team members and contribute to team development
  • Strong case management and organisational skills
