Are you passionate about automotive sales and customer service? Southside Dodge in Red Deer is seeking a motivated and dynamic Non-Prime Finance Manager / Sales Associate to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a key member of our dealership, the selected candidate will be paired and work closely with an experienced Finance Manager that is already a member of our team to handle deals from front to back. You’ll play a vital role in helping customers find the right vehicle, and financing options while providing top-notch service. While experienced candidates are preferred we are willing to train if the candidate has appropriate sales experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven sales experience in automotive or related fields is a must
• Finance experience is a strong bonus but not required — training will be provided
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Drive and close vehicle sales through excellent customer engagement
• Work hands-on with financing deals from initial sale to final paperwork, paired with an experienced Finance Manager
• Assist customers in exploring financing options, including non-prime solutions
• Maintain a deep understanding of vehicle features, pricing, and financing products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business
