1. Plants to operate with optimal level of Inventory for Machine spares & Consumables (Non Prod) 2. Drive for collaborative working between plants on Purchase & reuse of IM Spares 3. Predict Demand/consumption trends and ensure right Ordering methodologies 4. Work with Plant Operations and Finance teams to Forecast Inventory Trends and support in forecasting & Budgeting process 5. Ensure optimal level of Ordering and systemic controls 6. Drive Inventory optimization TVM actions 7. Drive Digitization and Innovation tools and solutions

Responsibilities

The analyst is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels for machine spares and consumables across plants, driving collaborative purchasing and reuse efforts. They must also predict consumption trends, ensure proper ordering methodologies, and support inventory forecasting and budgeting processes with Operations and Finance teams.
