Are victim advocacy and team leadership your calling? Unity House of Troy is seeking a Non-Residential Prevention Program Director to oversee a team supporting individuals impacted by domestic & sexual violence, particularly at the intersection of weapons violence. This role requires a thoughtful leader who can guide staff through complex cases while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed services. Position may be eligible for a sign on bonus Responsibilities * Provide supervision and oversight to staff supporting victims of domestic violence * Guide staff through complex and high-risk cases and monitor case progress * Assist staff with problem-solving, systems navigation, and resource coordination * Ensure compliance with contracts, funding requirements, and regulatory standards * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including some evenings and weekends * Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and professional growth Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of relevant experience preferred * High school diploma required * Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience * Valid and clean NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits:  13 paid days off in your first year for full time employment (increases every year) 56 hours of NYS Sick Leave 12 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays Major medical leave Medical/dental/vision/life insurance 403b company contributions after one year of employment Tuition reimbursement   50% reduction in childcare tuition at A Child's Place.
