Description
Register and manage service orders according to customer requests. Register and update sales orders, confirmations, and service changes. Perform order management and maintain customer information in ERP and CRM systems. Process invoices, credit notes, and quotations. Handle export/import documentation. Support reporting, product traceability, and customer registration. Authority Register RMAs and orders. Invoicing when applicable. Update/change customer master data in ERP and CRM systems. Approve quotations. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of product applications, traceability, and compatibility (advantageous).
