REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for food and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays if required
  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our kitchen team as Noodle Chef Trainees. No prior noodle-making experience is required – we provide full training in traditional hand-pulled noodle techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn and master traditional Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle-making skills
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
  • Support senior chefs in daily tasks
