WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an SAP Facilities Manager for the Nordic and Baltic countries, you will:

  • Actively participate in the real estate lease negotiations with the local leadership and SAP real estate negotiation partners
  • Collect required data and participate in the business case creation and approval process
  • Ensure correct data in the lease contract database
  • Represent facility operations at management level in the Nordics and Baltics, informing local directors on facility-related projects and ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Lead, develop and support the local facilities teams in the countries and oversee outsourced building service contracts.
  • Lead and support facilities fit out projects in the regions
  • Manage all building service contracts effectively, ensuring facilities service levels are in line with GRF expectations and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • Maintain local facilities service levels, fulfilling company’s Health and Safety obligations
  • Collaborate with diverse global and local teams to implement sustainable practices and drive approved schemes.
  • Negotiate facility service contracts with Global Purchasing colleagues and monitor, audit, report on the performance of existing contracts, aligning to Group purchasing policy.
  • Work with Global Physical Security colleagues to maintain security standards.
  • Lead the development of capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budgets, report on these budgets and drive improvements.
  • Participate in the local crisis management teams
