As the Nordic Skincare Education Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive retail education strategy across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be the driving force behind elevating the skincare expertise of our beauty advisors, ensuring exceptional consumer experiences, and maximizing sales performance across the region. This strategic leadership position demands a blend of retail education expertise, management capabilities, and a passion for luxury skincare.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Vision: Develop/implement a Nordic skincare education strategy aligned with L’Oréal Luxe objectives.
  • Retailer Partnership: Cultivate relationships with Nordic retail partners to optimize training and consumer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Nordic retail educators.
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver cutting-edge skincare training using digital platforms.
  • Performance Management: Set, monitor, and adjust KPIs to maximize sales growth and market share.
  • Event Execution: Design and execute impactful skincare events showcasing L’Oréal Luxe innovations.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the Nordic retail education budget.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with Nordic/Global teams, reporting on KPIs and providing recommendations.

Your Profile:

  • Proven Leadership & Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a multi-market environment.
  • Extensive Skincare Expertise: In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and the science behind skincare. Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible training materials.
  • Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills: Capacity to develop and execute strategic retail plans, analyze market data, consumer insights, and sales trends to make data-driven decisions to optimize retail performance.
  • Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, deliver engaging presentations, and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong Coach & Mentoring Abilities: Proven ability to coach and mentor retail education teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and high performance.
  • Luxury Market Acumen: Deep understanding of the luxury beauty market, consumer behavior, and emerging trends in the skincare industry.
  • Results-Driven & Proactive: A strong work ethic, a results-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in Finnish & English language
