Description:
A Day in the Life
As the Nordic Full-Stack Data Scientist, you will be joining the CDMO Data Team, a centralized transformation driver supporting all business divisions and functions. Our mission is to propel the business towards the future of Data & Analytics, collaborating closely with Regional HQ & Global teams while serving as an agile business partner for local stakeholders. Your work will be directly linked to our business strategy, influencing how we interpret, plan, and execute client-centric initiatives.
In this dynamic role, flexibility and adaptability are key as we navigate and learn. Your core responsibilities will include:
Data Integration: Building seamless data flows between various internal and external sources.
Analytics Development: Developing datasets and analytical models to address specific business needs.
Insight Enhancement: Creating statistical, predictive, and gap-filling data models to enrich our understanding of our business & retailers.
Solution Design: Developing user-friendly front-end analytics solutions using PowerBI, enabling stakeholders to access and interpret data effectively.
Global Alignment: Implementing core Group analytics solutions in the Nordics, ensuring consistency and scalability within Group compliance.
Project Orchestration: Proactively managing projects and stakeholders, aligning with our roadmap to deliver impactful results.
Collaboration: Working closely with Global & Zone technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable and compliant with Group standards.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions & Cloud Projects), BigQuery, Azure (Functions & Logic Apps), SQL, Python, R, SFTP, APIs, PowerBI (DAX, Data modeling & Data visualization), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps).
Data-Driven Mindset: A passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
