The Position: In this role, you will have responsibility for new business acquisition in the Nordics within our global client segment. You will contribute to optimizing our Nordic strategy, transferring services and won deals to local Account Management teams for implementation. You will execute our sales strategies and structure new business deals with the Nordic multinational team and energizing the new business staff together. You will support and organize high-quality standards for managing multinational clients, taking them to the next level having your own budget being one of the drivers for expanding business.
You will be part of a strong Nordic global sales team characterized by team spirit and collaboration, focusing on long-term and profitable business.
Your Future Duties: As Nordic Sales Manager Coface Global Solutions, you will work independently with global Nordic prospects and future customers operating in multiple international markets. You will have extensive contact with prospects, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC NORDIC SALES MANAGER TO JOIN COFACE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NORDICS. THIS ROLE IS BASED IN OUR SWEDISH OFFICE IN STOCKHOLM, LOCATION WOULD BE NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE SINCE WE HAVE OFFICES IN ALL NORDIC CAPITAL CITIES. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING OUR NORDIC MULTINATIONAL BUSINESS TO NEW HEIGHTS AND SUCCESSES TOGETHER AND TEAM UP WITH COUNTRY LOCAL SALES MANAGERS AND COFACE NORDIC DEAL TEAMS.

PRIMARY TASKS:

  • Responsible for a specified segment of prospects, ensuring profitable growth by execution and onboarding the Nordic CGS long-term sales strategy.
  • Develop new customer relationships through visits, meetings, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create cross-sales and implement high-quality standards with the Coface CGS sales team.
  • Collect and process internal and external information to build on long-term sales strategy.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Take responsibility, show initiative, and drive to achieve results and goals.
  • Enjoy networking and maintaining good customer relationships with an unpretentious approach.
  • Have a strong commercial understanding and experience in advanced marketing of complex commercial services in B2B
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with good numerical understanding and a strong interest in simplifying complex service selling.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Background in Nordic financial markets, management consulting, or brokerage services is preferred.
