In this role, you will serve as a vital communication link between customers and the company, providing assistance and solutions to customer queries related to finance. Your ability to speak Nordic languages fluently will be crucial in delivering exceptional service while also enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the finance sector. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in resolving issues related to financial transactions and account management. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Maintain a strong knowledge of our financial products and services to better assist customers. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience. Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues as necessary. Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an asset. Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
