Description:
You will join The Nordic Support team of 26 talents, where we collaborate widely with Deloitte’s employees. Currently, our Nordic Support team, which includes colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Finland Norway, and Iceland, is transforming from local support desks to centralized entity to support end users across all the Nordic countries. This is an exciting and new process that you will be a part of. We support processes across our Nordic offices and business areas. This includes everything from digitization to communication, technology, and infrastructure with strategy, business development as well as program management and project management.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a positive, open-minded, and very structured Nordic Support Consultant who can work independently but also work well in a team. Your tasks will require excellent communication skills. You master English on a high level both in writing and speech, as we work in an international organization.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
- An IT professional background for example as an IT supporter or another relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with customer service and worked in many different applications and systems
- Experience with documentation of processes and knowledge sharing
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft and Apple iOS systems
- Experience with laptop, desktop, and mobile devices.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and get to know the field of Nordic Support
- Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
You will support employees in all the Nordic countries. You will be in the position to perform IT support and tasks of a diverse nature which include:
- Optimization and strengthening of our Deloitte systems and applications
- Assist in setting up computers and installation of software
- Support the Nordic end-users by phone, e-mail, and physical inquiries in our office
- Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Experience & develop documentation of processes and knowledge-sharing
- Work with technical issues
