As part of Nordics training department, reporting to the Marketing director, this position aims to support all initiatives to enhance learning experiences & develop brand advocacy from retail staff across our 4 countries:

• Support our 3 training managers with operational execution of training events & local initiatives aiming to increase Beauty consultants product knowledge, retail skills & brand engagement around Dior products & universe
• Develop digital learning initiatives engaging our Dior retail & Multibrand beauty consultants communities through global & local content

Contribute to visibility of Dior Nordics training initiatives across Europe & Global learning teams
The position is based in Copenhaguen, Denmark

Job responsibilities

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Nordics based Retailers is a plus
• Advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills
• Experience working with PowerBI would be a plus
• Excellent in English, Danish/Scandinavian is a plus
