  • Implementation of Ford Commercial Vehicle Sales Strategy in the Distributor Markets
  • Act as a primary contact person between Ford and the importers
  • Represent the company’s interest and objectives
  • Responsible of respective Distributor Markets
  • Annual, quarterly and monthly share and CO2 objective planning, setting and follow up
  • Industry, segmentation and production allocation planning
  • Driving annual and monthly wholesale activity with volume planning and market follow up
  • Submit VM distribution proposals inline with market feedback Ford strategic and tactical interests
  • Review and follow competitors’ activities
  • Support importer’s operation and give ideas how to improve dealer’s performance, quality and efficiency in Commercial Vehicle business
  • Assure quality and timely reports by Importers/Distributors/Dealers
  • Regularly visit importers to keep track of sales and fleet activities and plan future actions
