Norristown Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram is seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor who prides themselves on customer satisfaction to join our team! This individual is organized, motivated, consistent, has excellent follow up skills and is able to multi-task. This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage and drafting orders for repairs to be done. Being a determined self-starter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction are must-have qualities for the Service Advisor position. The ideal candidate is a high energy individual who has a preferred minimum of 3 years Chrysler Dodge Jeep experience with a required 3 yrs of Service Advisor experience that shows proven results.
