We are now looking for Service Engineers for our international marine service team – individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a high level of professional pride. As a representative of our service department, you will be the face of Norsk Analyse while working with customers in the global marine industry. Job responsibilities Perform service, commissioning, and start-up of analysers and analysis systems at customer sites/vessels Carry out system testing at our production facility in Karlstad, Sweden Prepare and plan your own service assignments in collaboration with the Service Coordinator Handle technical issues and troubleshooting at customer sites Act as a positive and professional representative of Norsk Analyse Conduct courses and training for customers Desired qualifications and personal attributes Technical education in electrical or automation fields Relevant experience as an automation technician, service technician, or service engineer Proactive, can-do approach to troubleshooting Experience with work-related travel, preferably international Good general PC skills and strong technical interest Ability to work independently and under pressure No criminal record (required for security clearance and visa processing) What we can offer An international and multicultural work environment with offices worldwide High level of autonomy and flexibility between assignments Hands-on product training and onboarding, combined with early responsibility and independence in the role A strong market reputation and high customer satisfaction Experienced and engaged leaders, supported by a strong technical advisory board Social events several times a year The position involves extensive international travel.
