Develops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies for a large/complex country, cluster of countries, or business requiring coordination and integration across products and business units. Provides input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business. Senior expert within the NAM Commercial Bank on lending into leverage finance capital structures and financing sponsor transactions Drives innovation on the solutions provided to clients while structuring deals to balance risk and reward. Serves as strategic advisor to clients and the organization Attracts, retains and motivates a team, along with responsibility for managing a budget and meeting team sales goals.
