JOB MISSION: New Balance’s North America Lifestyle Consumer Marketing Co-op is responsible for aiding the North America Marketing team in the execution of all consumer-facing Marketing activity. You will assist the team with coordinating assets for distribution, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying successful Marketing tactics for our seasonal category strategy. Major Accountabilities: · Support flawless execution of all paid media programs, including asset management, coordination, and media trafficking for campaigns. · Coordinate & execute product seeding and recaps. · Support Lifestyle Brand events through asset coordination, paid media amplification and product attainment. · Research and propose Gen Z marketing strategies and suggest new tactics to reach this consumer. · Work with paid media agency and media analytics team to track/monitor and report on media performance. Assist in building marketing program recaps where necessary. · Attend agency/team meetings and take note of key updates and follow-ups. Requirements for Success: · Undergraduate coursework that includes Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Consumer Psychology, or similar studies · Passion for Athletic Footwear and Apparel industry · Collaborative work style and willingness to work in a team environment · Inherent curiosity for what drives consumer behavior · Detail oriented with strong project management skills Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $24.40 - $30.50 - $36.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.) Responsibilities
