We are a fast-growing, dynamic company seeking a North America Regional Sales Manager to join our headquarters in City of Industry, CA.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across territories within North America by developing strong customer, dealer, and government agency relationships. This role manages the full sales cycle, coordinates with internal teams, and represents Astrophysics at industry events. Occasional domestic travel is required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or security industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience selling to government agencies and commercial clients is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and CRM skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed targets within the U.S. and North America territories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, government agencies, and end users.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations highlighting technical benefits.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and regional events.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
