POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the financial reporting integrity and accounting organization at 4 factories in NA Region. Coordinates with Corporate and SBU management relative to all financial activities, including strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures, and staffing. This position will partner with, and support, the Operations and Product Management team to drive profitability and best practices.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Strong finance and accounting knowledge and skills.
· Ability to make decisions in accordance with responsibilities and Strong analytical skills required in guiding management decision making process.
· Demonstrated ability to provide fresh ideas and methodologies to lead the finance function and to develop the management team’s financial orientation.
· Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate financial information to financial and non-financial managers.
· Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills required for staff reporting directly and indirectly to this position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
· MBA and CPA Preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience in manipulating large databases a plus.
· Significant hands-on experience using an integrated ERP system.
· Understanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to a manufacturing environment is required.

· Ensures the integrity of the financial statements. The monthly closing process must be completed timely and accurately and in accordance with US GAAP and CTS policies and procedures.
· Partner with operation management to drive profitability. Be proactive in driving analysis and projects. Support manufacturing best practices and understand the shop floor reporting. Be involved.
· Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively communicating insights to leadership.
· The ideal candidate will possess strategic leadership skills to effectively manage and grow the organization, supporting potential rapid expansion through mergers and acquisitions. They will drive integration and scalability to ensure seamless operations and sustainable growth.
· Develop and implement advanced reporting dashboards to provide real-time financial visibility across the organization.
· Partner with Product Managers to drive profitability through strategic pricing. Be proactive in driving analysis and projects. Support business managers with analysis of fixed, semi fixed and variable costs to provide accurate models of pricing options.
· Coordinate and direct the annual business plan and monthly forecast for sites within the region, including all required metrics and analysis.
· Assist the Corporate Credit Manager with resolving credit or collection issues.
· Be a key S&OP meeting participant, challenging plant and SBU management when appropriate.
· Ensure there is a thorough and periodic review of all excess and obsolete inventories.
· Evaluates procedures employed in various departments and functions as to the adequacy of internal controls.
· Interacts with the various locations to understand current business issues and financial implications.
· Coaches and provides training to plant locations on financial concepts deemed necessary to ensure that financial performance goals and metrics are attainable. Direct, develop, train and mentor accounting plant controllers to ensure their success and the success of their teams.
· Continuously review and improve accounting processes and internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
