The position will be responsible for receiving orders from customers by telephone or walk in contact, by outside sales and by other departments. We are looking for someone with customer service experience (preferred); ability to develop industry contacts and relationships; mathematical and computer skills; and a strong work ethic. The essential duties include: •Greets walk-in and phone customers in a friendly professional manner providing customer service. •Answer Phone Promptly •Greet Customers •Develop People Skills •Special Orders •Parts pick-up •Keep Accurate Notes •Determine Shop Needs •Fill Orders •Restock Credits •Handle Cores •Shipping and Receiving (UPS/SpeeDee) •Put away special order parts •Put Stock Orders Away •Maintain Inventory and Customer Display Area (re-tape, organize and clean).
