They are now seeking a North Island Manager to drive operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and shape the strategic growth of the North Island operations. Job Description Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the operational performance and strategic development of Civtec’s utilities business in the North Island. The role is both operational and strategic, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects while identifying new opportunities to expand Civtec’s capability across the infrastructure sector. Your key focus will include: Leading delivery teams, day to day operations and project delivery across the North Island Apply your technical knowledge and understanding to ensure high-quality project delivery Manage key client relationships and build strong partnerships with subcontractors and partners Hunt out new business development opportunities and ensure Civtec is well positioned for both current and emerging workstreams. Ensure contracts are managed effectively and projects meet budget, quality, and safety standards Lead, develop, and motivate a relatable, high-performing team Qualifications About You We are looking for a passionate, commercially astute operational leader with strong experience in the civil infrastructure sector. You will bring: Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline Proven experience in operations management within civil infrastructure or related industries Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams Demonstrated experience managing budgets, operational performance and project delivery A strong commercial mindset and business development capability Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Confidence working across both strategic planning and operational delivery Additional Information Why Civtec?
