We are looking for a talented North & West Africa Strategic Mining Accounts Manager to join our team specializing in Sales & Account Managements for our Africa, Middle East & Central Asia DBU Mining Department based in Accra, Ghana. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Grow revenue and share of wallet by developing and executing strategic account plans that expand Cummins’ presence within large, complex customer accounts. * Strengthen customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization, building trust through deep understanding of their industry, business model, and evolving needs. * Drive customer centric solutions by translating data, product insights, and value propositions in ways that help customers make confident business decisions. * Lead contract negotiations and issue resolution, ensuring smooth handling of escalations, payment terms, and account concerns to maintain business continuity and satisfaction. * Champion internal alignment by coordinating communication across sales roles, business units, and stakeholders to deliver a consistent and unified customer experience. * Create measurable improvements in customer loyalty through initiatives that enhance customer value, satisfaction, and long-term partnership opportunities. * Generate new business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts, supporting cross-business strategies, and shaping innovative proposals with customers. * Elevate team capability and performance through mentoring, coaching, and modelling the Cummins Sales Process, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and development.
