We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast territory, with a strong preference for candidates based in Philadelphia or the greater Eastern Pennsylvania area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with 2–4 years of B2B sales experience who is ready to take the next step in their career by managing a defined territory and driving growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (50%)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and operations to support customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and CRM records.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
