POSITION OVERVIEW • Mission-driven outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving diverse and underserved patient populations • Join a highly collaborative clinic model with integrated behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic, acupuncture, and specialty consult support • Practice relationship-based medicine with manageable panel expectations and strong operational support WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Total compensation potential exceeding $312,000 annually with bonuses • Up to $100,000 structured sign-on and retention package for partnership-eligible providers • Up to $44,000 annual productivity bonus potential • NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000 to $300,000 • $5,000 annual professional expense card for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment • Additional relocation support available for family relocation needs • Six-month mentorship and onboarding program • Coastal Northern California lifestyle near redwoods, rivers, and the Pacific Ocean SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Outpatient-only Family Medicine • Flexible full-time scheduling options • 5x8 or 4x10 schedules available • Team-based care model with strong interdisciplinary support • Built-in workflow and virtual triage support CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outpatient primary care across the lifespan • Manage acute and chronic conditions within a collaborative care environment • Coordinate care with behavioral health, RN support, specialists, and ancillary services • Participate in quality initiatives and patient-centered care planning • Build long-term patient relationships within a mission-driven practice setting COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary: $234,635 – $267,624 annually • $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for patient panel targets • Up to $44,000 additional annual productivity bonus potential • Partnership-track sign-on and retention bonuses up to $100,000 total • Alternative sign-on structure for non-partnership track providers • $10,000 relocation reimbursement • Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation • 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility • Laptop and cell phone provided • Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers Requirements • MD or DO REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED • Commitment to outpatient, mission-driven primary care REQUIRED • Interest in underserved and community-focused medicine strongly preferred • Collaborative and team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED • New graduates and experienced physicians welcome Not ready to formally apply?
