Responsibilities

As a Northern Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Food Division Manager and the Operations Manager to support our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for all Staff needs, from scheduling staff shifts & vacations, directing and assigning duties to staff disputes and issues.
  • Responsible for reconcile store transactions and prepare bank deposits. Ensuring claims, invoices and all other paper work is done in a timely, accurately manner and meets policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of the store location and property. Provide operation direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies.
  • Manages growth of sales to improve profitability and makes recommendations and oversees store pricing, promotions, and products.
  • Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals.
  • Responsible for the proper transferring and mark-down records as per company policy.
  • Participate in Co-operative meetings, social events, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.
  • Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions
  • Oversee and monitor client satisfaction levels, ensure customer issues are resolved, and identify areas for improvement.
  • To actively identify opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of innovation in the Northern communities.
  • All other duties assigned.
  • Have completed some education in a relevant related field.
  • Have 1-3 years’ experience in management.
  • Thrive on staying organized and diving into the details.
  • Bring professionalism and accountability to everything you do.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
  • Enjoy being part of the community and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Are confident in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media.
