REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Managing subcontractor Template and installation team in the field
• Strong focus on quality and H&S with the ability to carry out detailed audits and performance reviews.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.

• Develop and support the template and installation teams across the Northern region, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular on-site quality audits to maintain and improve installation & Template standards
• Produce monthly performance reports and review outcomes with template and installation teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure best practices are consistently achieved.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to address issues promptly and effectively.
