Description We are looking for a senior leader to anchor our Northern Division. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who loves the energy of being on the floor but has the professional maturity to oversee multiple operations. You will be based primarily out of our Huber Heights Taproom & Smokery, serving as the direct FOH leader there, while providing strategic oversight and accountability for the Dayton location. The Role Structure 70% "Hands-On" Execution (Huber Heights): You will own the daily operations, guest experience, and labor scheduling for the Huber Heights location. 30% Strategic Oversight (Northern Division): You will mentor the FOH Manager in Dayton, ensuring both locations meet our standards for service, labor targets, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Division Leadership: Lead weekly manager meetings to review KPIs (Sales, Labor %, Guest Ratings) and set priorities for the Northern sites. Labor & Efficiency: Master the "math" of the business—building schedules based on volume forecasts and weather to hit labor targets. Beverage & COGS: Oversee inventory and bar programs (liquor, beer, wine) across the division to minimize waste and maximize margin. Culture & Bench Strength: Coach and develop your site managers, building a team ready for future growth.
