Job Description
This is a field-based position with significant travel, both domestic and abroad, CME and Congress activities. As the Key Account Manager dedicated to new therapy area, you will be responsible for the area of Norway.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales within healthcare-related industries. Familiarity with the healthcare systems and regulations in the Nordics and Norway.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with various healthcare professionals, including opticians, ophthalmic pediatrics, children clinic personnel, and school nurses.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders at different levels. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting colleagues and enhancing overall program success. Experience in presenting and reporting on program outcomes to senior management.
- Adaptability and Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management. Advanced degrees or certifications in ophthalmology, optometry, or related fields are a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools to track program performance. Proficiency in using CRM software and other project management tools.
