This role is ideal for customer service enthusiasts who possess strong Norwegian language skills and a passion for providing outstanding support. You will be responsible for assisting Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and account management. Effectively resolve complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues as needed. Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance. Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer support or related roles, preferably within e-commerce or retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
