Responsibilities Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers with professionalism and care. Stay knowledgeable about airline services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Participate in continuous training to stay updated on service standards and improvements. Fluency in Norwegian and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or tourism industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
