Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking customers via live chat, email, and telephone. Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support with professionalism. Educate and guide customers through product features and benefits to enhance their satisfaction. Collect customer feedback and suggestions to contribute to the enhancement of service and product offerings. Collaborate with teams across the company to promptly resolve customer issues. Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care. Proficiency in customer service applications and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to solve problems efficiently and work well in a dynamic environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
