Responsibilities Act as the main liaison for Norwegian-speaking clients concerning B2B integration projects. Evaluate client needs and craft customized integration solutions that align with their specific business goals. Collaborate with internal technical teams to implement and ensure effective integration of systems and processes. Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients during and after the integration process. Evaluate integration outcomes, addressing any issues and enhancing client satisfaction post-implementation. Document integration procedures, project developments, and client interactions meticulously. Stay updated on industry trends and technological innovations to optimize service delivery. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. Experience in B2B integrations or a related technical role is preferred. Strong understanding of integration techniques, methodologies, and software interfaces. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships effectively. Familiarity with technologies relevant to B2B environments is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational capabilities.
